What To Expect
On this forest bathing walk, we will explore Hawkes Preserve closely and mindfully to see what it has to offer.
These walks are slow-paced and generally cover less than a mile of trail. During this time the guide, in partnership with the natural space, will offer an evolving series of invitations crafted to help participants slow down and open their senses. This mindfulness opens the heart and allows us to be fully present. Come discover the healing powers of being in nature.

No experience is necessary; just an open heart and willingness to connect.
Walks are slow-paced and cover less than 1 mile.
Walks will continue in drizzling rain, as this can enhance our sensory experience.
Bathrooms will not be available during the walk–please go before you come!
Please no pets or children under 12.
