The full moon is the completion of the lunar cycle. This is the time to tie up loose ends and let go of what no longer serves you.
On this forest bathing walk, we will begin with mindfulness in nature to ease our minds and souls. We will then do a full moon ceremony which includes a releasing exercise, followed by an expression of gratitude. You will walk away from this experience feeling recharged and ready for the cycle ahead.
What To Expect
We will explore Capisic Pond Park closely and mindfully to see what it has to offer during this lunar cycle.
These walks are slow-paced and generally cover less than a mile of trail. During this time the guide, in partnership with the natural space, will offer an evolving series of invitations crafted to help participants slow down and open their senses. This mindfulness opens the heart and allows us to be fully present. Come discover the healing powers of being in nature.
