Cultivate Connection - Gather

What To Expect

Join this gathering meant to build a community of likeminded individuals and enjoy the pleasures of nature, while drinking soothing herbal tea.

We will start with a gentle guided meditation to fully immerse in the landscape, then slowly make our way through the area to find a place to sit and gather for tea. There will be opportunities to chat with new friends, and enjoy a healing sound bath.

Your experience will be led by a Forest Therapy Guide, but this is a casual, social event without the structure of a forest bathing experience. View our offerings for guided Forest Bathing walks and creative workshops.
