Alive Again

Experience the stillness of winter, then explore the ways life may be more abundant than it seems this time of year.

What To Expect

On this forest bathing walk, we will begin with mindfulness in nature to ease our minds and souls. We will then sit down for a warm and cozy tea ceremony. It will be chilly—bundle up!

These walks are slow-paced and generally cover less than a mile of trail. During this time the guide, in partnership with the forest, will offer an evolving series of invitations crafted to help participants slow down and open their senses. This mindfulness opens the heart and allows us to be fully present. Come discover the healing powers of being in the forest.
