“It's been difficult for me to describe the absolutely wonderful feeling I experienced during our Forest Bathing session. It is something I will always remember since it was the most relaxing and calming event for me. Meditating through the trees, I'm sure I have done, but in a different way. This was so relaxing, uplifting, and a meaningful way to slow down and sense the sounds and scents through a very relaxing walk with a guide who made it even more special.
